Our office is

Ensuring high-quality service to all customer groups, including people with disabilities, is the goal that all employees of Geckonet sp. z o.o. strive to achieve.

On this page, you will find information about all the facilities provided for people with disabilities at our office located at ul. Wojska Polskiego 3, 86-170 Nowe.

  • Foldable wheelchair ramp for wheelchair access.
  • Dedicated bell to call a trained consultant.
  • Contract, terms and conditions, and price list prepared in large font.
  • Ability to enlarge font in documents upon customer's request.
  • Magnifying glass for reading documents.
  • Sign language interpreter arranged at a convenient time for the customer.
  • Website with live chat support.
  • Option for home service.
We provide assistance in device setup and service activation. We can provide you with general contract terms, contract template, telecommunications service price list, and service provision regulations in text format on paper, electronic media, email, Braille alphabet, or using large font within 30 days from the date of order.
