How to log in to the Customer Panel?

To log in to the Customer Panel, you will need two things: your Customer ID and PIN. Both of these can be found in your Geckonet telecommunications services agreement. In the currently used agreement forms, both sets of numbers are located on the first page of the agreement, just below your personal information. For the purpose of this guide, the locations where you can find the Customer ID and PIN have been marked in green (see the image below).
With your Customer ID and PIN at hand, you can visit the website, where you will find the login form for the Internet Customer Service Office, also known as the Customer Panel. In the designated fields, enter your Customer ID and PIN from the agreement, and then click on Login.
